Hi-Flow Thermosyphon Vessel (Unpressurised) is a high-performance mechanical seal support system designed to improve the reliability, cooling efficiency, and service life of double mechanical seals. The vessel provides continuous circulation of barrier fluid through natural thermosyphon action, effectively dissipating heat generated at the seal faces without the need for external pumping. Manufactured from high-quality Carbon Steel, SS304, or SS316 with a corrosion-resistant SS304/SS316 cooling coil, this vessel ensures dependable performance in demanding industrial environments. With a 7-liter capacity, 35 bar design pressure, and 150°C maximum working temperature, it is ideal for maintaining stable seal operating conditions in chemical processing, petrochemical plants, refineries, pharmaceuticals, power generation, oil & gas, and other heavy-duty industrial applications. The vessel features a built-in sight glass for easy barrier fluid monitoring, multiple 3/8″ NPT connections for cooling water and barrier fluid circulation, pressure gauge connection, nitrogen purging, filling and drain ports, and an optional manual feed pump.
